PEGASUS privacy policy important: By using PEGASUS' services, including but not limited to any of its application or website services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and to all personally identifiable information you submit or process or collect through the Services (" PII”) may be processed by the Company in the manner and for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein, please do not use the service.
At PEGASUS., we recognize that privacy is important. This Policy applies to all software, services, information, tools, features and functions available on the Services provided by the Project Party and covers how the Company collects and receives PII, including regarding any use of the Services, is treated. 1. The information we collect and how we use it.
In order to provide and improve our services, we may collect PII, including the following types of information:
The information you provide. For certain features of the Services, we will ask you to provide personal information, including: name, photo, email address, your social network or third-party service provider user ID with which you accessed or registered the application (e.g. twitter ID, below referred to as the "Application") Platform").
Third parties. We sometimes supplement the information you provide with information received from third parties. If you access the Services through any App Platform, or interact with any App Platform or other social media plug-ins in the Service (such as Facebook "Like" technology), we may receive information from your respective social media or App Platform accounts, this includes your account information, photos and any information defined as public in accordance with the policies of such app platforms and/or your settings in the respective app platforms.
User communication. When you send emails or other communications to the Company, we may retain these communications to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. We may send you push notifications in order to send you news and updates about the Services.
Aggregated Personal Data. In order to better understand and serve service users, companies often conduct research on the demographics, interests, and behaviors of their customers based on the PII and other information provided to us. The research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis, and the company may share this aggregated data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. User information. When you use our Services, we may automatically receive and record information from your device and browser, including your IP address, IDFA identifier (for iOS devices), identifiers. Advertising (for iOS devices) and Google Advertiser ID (for Android devices) (These identifiers are collected here for purposes including: frequency capping, attribution, conversion events, estimated unique users, ad fraud detection, and debugging) cookie information, search history, device ID, Android ID, your regional and language settings, your device's physical location (if you allow your mobile or other location-aware device to transmit location data), network status (WiFi/3G), and software and hardware properties. We may use your location (city) (if you allow your mobile or other location-aware device to transmit location data) to understand how to tailor and personalize your use of the Services. Our systems may automatically record and store technical information about the method and nature of your use of the Services, including but not limited to the pages of the Services that visitors view, the games they play, their scores, game progress, any actions in the game, Acquired virtual content and impressions. An IP address is a numeric code that identifies your device on a network (in this case, the Internet). Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information. The company uses all PII we collect to understand user usage trends and preferences. We also use aggregated data for monetization.
2. Cookies; web beacons and third-party processors.
In order to collect the data described here, we may use temporary cookies that remain on your device for a certain period of time. We may also use persistent cookies that remain on your device until the company's application is deleted in order to administer and maintain the Services and to record your use and progress on the Services, virtual currency and content you may have accessed.
Cookies by themselves cannot be used to discover a user's identity. A cookie is a small piece of information that is sent to and stored on your device. Cookies will not damage your device. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites and applications, and you access them at your own risk. 4. Children.
If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain parental consent before using our services. The Company will not knowingly contact or have access to children under the age of 13 without the above-mentioned parental consent. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided us with their PII, please contact us at the address above and we will endeavour to remove that PII from our database.
5. Information sharing.
Our affiliates, proxy representatives and third-party providers may have access to your PII as part of providing the Services and/or generating and processing analytics. Companies may also share PII in the following situations:

7. Data integrity.
Access and update personal information. Company processes PII only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Policy or any applicable service agreement. We review our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the PII necessary to provide or improve our services. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the PII we process is accurate, complete and current, but we allow our users to update or correct their PII as necessary. Nothing in this policy should be construed as an obligation to store information, and we may, in our sole discretion, delete or avoid recording and storing any and all information.
8. Consent to processing.
By providing any PII to us in accordance with this policy, all users, including but not limited to users in the United States, Vietnam, and EU member states, fully understand and expressly consent to this policy and the collection and processing of such information abroad. The servers hosting the Services and/or processing the Services may be located outside the country from which you access the Services and outside the country in which you reside. Certain uses and disclosures referred to in this policy may involve the transfer of your PII to countries around the world that may have different levels of privacy protections than yours. By submitting your PII through the Services, you agree, acknowledge and agree that we may collect, use, transfer and disclose your PII as described in this Policy.
